Research on Intelligent Production Line Design and Dynamic Balance for 3C Products

چکیده

An intelligent production line design scheme for 3C products is introduced amid the current situation of low automation in assembly, testing, packaging and other contacts manufacturing industry, high demand upgrades fierce market competition, taking a electronic product as an example to investigate its overall layout, workstation structure, architecture system control system. In addition, according concept lean production, method proposed realize dynamic balance line. First all, mathematical model established, then genetic algorithm used solve parameters, finally can keep by adjusting running speed field equipment calculation results. The actual verification shows that runs stably, completes automatic products, with rate at excellent level. This serve reference relevant enterprises build lines implement production.
